consultant for a leading development firm. I had worked
with numerous Fortune 500 companies creating software
solutions to automate their tasks and increase their
productivity. Since I couldn’t find anything on
the market to help me, I decided I would apply my technology
and business skills to my new real estate investment
endeavor. My efforts resulted in the creation of the
