The techniques I learned quickly launched my real estate investment “hobby” into a full time job. As a result, I was wasting countless hours talking to unmotivated buyers and sellers, filling out endless amounts of paperwork and driving around looking at properties that didn’t fit my criteria. After missing yet another call from a motivated seller, I realized there had to be a better, more efficient way to work.

I set out on a mission to create a mean, lean investment machine. I began talking to other investors and reviewing software packages. After investigating a number of solutions, I found several options for realtors, but found very little tailored specifically for the unique needs of a real estate investor.

Prior to entering the real estate investment market, I was a software consultant for a leading development firm. I had worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies creating software solutions to automate their tasks and increase their productivity. Since I couldn’t find anything on the market to help me, I decided I would apply my technology and business skills to my new real estate investment endeavor.
