   I talked with Dennis Gentile some months in the past and I am considering becoming a member. I’m a re agent now; hope that’s not a detriment. When I make some money… In the meantime, I guess I can use those sites for any houses I list. Thanx.

   Sounds great. You always have to have a backup plan. I am having challenges with end buyers lenders when quick turning a property. Do you know any lenders that will fund these deals. I dont see how anyone can make any money in quick flipping a property with these lenders slamming the door on you one day before closing! If you have any lenders that understand the nature of the option contract transaction and will fund an end buyer then by all means let me know. Otherwise you might as well hang up this business and get a day job. Hopeful in Florida.
